Cream Cheese and Olive Spread (dairy free)
- 8 ounces cream cheese style spread made from almond milk (I use Kite Hill brand)
- 1/2 c sliced green red pepper stuffed manzanilla olives
- 2 T olive juice
- 1/3 c chopped pecans
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put into a jar and store in the fridge.
The spread will last a week.
