Exercise is a huge part of my life and for very good reason. In order to be the best version of myself I need exercise consistency. Summer time brings a change in schedules and not just for the kids but for me too and in a big way. Not that this change is unwanted or bad, it’s just different and I don’t like change. The same feelings hold true at the end of summer when our schedules change once again. In order to continue my workouts during the summer, I jump out of bed early before the rest of the people in my house and with no time to eat breakfast.
